Blend and preparation

• Beef broth, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns, coriander, fennel, ginger, soy, and mushroom seasoning
• Customer adds 1 whole onion and 2 gallons water

Ingredients

Beef bouillon powder, star anise, cloves, sea salt, sugar, peppercorns, cinnamon, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, soy sauce powder, mushroom powder, and ginger powder.

Storage

Store the unopened seasoning sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture. Use a clean, dry utensil and follow the best-by date on the package. After mixing with water, oil, meat, poultry, or fish, refrigerate immediately and follow the preparation and cooking directions.
