Simply Vietnamese Kitchen was created to make the bold, comforting flavors of Vietnamese home cooking easier to prepare and enjoy at home.
Much of what I learned came from my children's grandmother, Bà Nội, and from the parents of friends I grew up with. Many treasured recipes were written only in Vietnamese, so I translated them, researched unfamiliar ingredients and techniques, and continued refining each dish through years of trial and error with friends and family.
Those experiences inspired a collection of meal kits, seasonings, sauces, and Vietnamese coffee kits that bring together thoughtfully portioned ingredients and straightforward directions. Whether you are recreating a familiar favorite or trying Vietnamese cooking for the first time, our goal is to help you prepare something delicious with confidence.
