Khô Bò | Beef Jerky Marinade

A pre-measured sweet, spicy, and aromatic dry marinade for Vietnamese-style beef jerky.

Blend and preparation

• Lemongrass, garlic, Thai chili, soy, honey, sugar, and roast-red-pork seasoning
• Customer adds 1½ tbsp sesame oil and ¼ cup water

Ingredients

Lemongrass powder, garlic powder, Thai chili powder, soy sauce powder, honey powder, sugar, Lobo Roast Red Pork Seasoning, and red food-coloring powder.

Storage

Store the unopened seasoning sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture. Use a clean, dry utensil and follow the best-by date on the package. After mixing with water, oil, meat, poultry, or fish, refrigerate immediately and follow the preparation and cooking directions.
