Local Delivery
Simply Vietnamese Kitchen offers local delivery within a 25-mile service area measured from ZIP code 77545. The local-delivery charge is $15, with a $75 minimum order. Available delivery timing will be confirmed after the order is placed. Carrier shipping is not offered.
Food Purchases and Returns
Because our products are food items, all sales are final and returned food cannot be accepted. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, use the Contact Us form within 24 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until four hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations received less than four hours before delivery may not be refundable if preparation has begun or the delivery trip is underway.
Delivery and Food Safety
Keep refrigerated items refrigerated. Follow the storage, use-by, preparation, and safe-handling directions provided with each product. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and being available to receive refrigerated food during the agreed delivery window.
